Paul Bolderson
Managing Director
Started the business in 2005 with his wife Kirsty. Paul has 20+ years experience in the Street Lighting Industry. Paul quotes all new works and takes care of business development.

Kirsty Bolderson
Office Manager / Accounts
Started the business in 2005 with Paul. Kirsty is responsible for sales and purchase ledger accounts, recruitment, staff wages and HR.

Lawrence Claxton
Project Manager
Started at Platinum in 2020.
Lawrence has a vast amount of knowledge and experience in Project Management and Health and Safety. He is client focused and manages all projects from start to finish to ensure they run smoothly, meet deadlines and are on budget. Lawrence has a NEBOSH Diploma and Level 5 in Construction Senior Management.

Sally Martin
Project Assistant
Started at Platinum in 2012. Sally is the initial point of contact for all new job enquiries. Responsible for liaising with Clients and Suppliers, ordering materials and generally assisting the Project Manager with the running of the projects from start to finish.

Vicky Blythe
Office and Vehicle Administrator
Started at Platinum in 2019. Vicky is responsible for Staff Training, organising all plant and vehicle maintenance and general admin.

Mike Barford
ICP Coordinator
Started at Platinum in 2023. Mike has worked in the street lighting industry since 2006 and has vast amount of knowledge and experience. Street lighting has also been his hobby since 2002 and has huge collection of street lighting lanterns.
Mike is responsible for booking connections with REC / IDNO'S as required, plans and organises ICP projects and liaises with clients to ensure ICP projects are completed on time.

Our operatives have a vast amount of knowledge, experience and training and are registered to the HEA Scheme.

Our Jointers and Jointers Mates are accredited to the NERS Standard.
​
The ground workers hold relevant qualifications in order for them to carry out the work they undertake such as Street Works.
​
The Electricians are fully qualified and time served in this industry.
​
Many of our operatives are multi-skilled and trained in various roles.
This gives us the ability to complete a job from start to finish and also gives our customers peace of mind and confidence that all operatives are trained, competent and authorised.
